FILM festival SUBMISSIONS

By entering your animation for consideration to the Animation Block Party (ABP) Film Festival, you attest that you hold all right to exhibit the given work. Filmmaker has read, understands, and agrees to all Animation Block Party entry guidelines and requirements.

Upon submission of your film, ABP is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.

Filmmaker shall indemnify and hold harmless Animation Block Party from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.

Films exhibited on site are not property of Animation Block LLC unless otherwise listed.

Films in web selects series are property of animator and/or animation company listed in each individual short film(s) credits.

Links to web selects participants provided on movie quicktime pop-up for additional animator(s) information.

Animation films on Animation Block released DVDs are all property of animator and/or animation company listed in each individual short film credits unless otherwise mentioned.

By entering the Animation Block Party website and affiliated social media destinations you are giving consent for potential personal data to be collected in accordance with law. We may use data to provide and enhance screening and event experiences. We aim to use reasonable protective measures to secure all data, but unfortunately no data transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. We may need to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities for law enforcement, national security reasons or if such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or when otherwise required by law.
